Aim of museum is to co-operated with people who live in Barta and another juridical and physical persons who are interested in that and collected, saved, researched and popularized history and culture of Bartas district from 19 century to nowadays, on that way we hope to provided museum visitors chance to acquainted with typical elements what show culture and history of Barta: historical development, traditions and people. Museum action promoted education and cultural life in Barta district and Grobina region.

National costume of Barta.
1. Donning national costume shirt, to clip on brooch.
2. Donning socks and below the knee is wrapped with tapes, donning shoes.
3. Donning shirts.
4. Donning jacket.
5. Donning cape with brooches.
6. Twist hair into two braids.
7. Wall scarf or wife's het.
Foundation - exposition
Foundation - exposition "Bartas national costume fabrication and tradition of wearing in 19 - 21st Century" shows the wife's, daughter's an men's clothes elements from 19th century to early 20th century, tools, what was used to dress fabrication process.
Visitors can learn the basic skills of weaving, as vell as to try Bartas national costume shirt articles.
